Google Related links (which I discovered via Techie-Buzz) is a new, invite-only service from Google which can display related links and searches into your blog posts.
Don't let the "invite only" thingy scare you, I sent an email, requesting for an invite, and about 1 minute later I received a response and my account has been activated so the guys taking care of this are really fast (thanks, guys!). To request an invite, simply send an email to relatedlinks@google.com with your Gmail address, website domains and approximate pageviews per day.
"Related Links is a tool to help webmasters increase page views on their sites. Given a page on your site, Related Links can choose the most related pages from your site and show them in a gadget. You can embed this gadget in your page to help your users reach other pages easily. Related Links also suggests searches that users can run within your site to find even more related pages."

The widget can be fully customized: width, colors, fonts, rather or not you want to display searches or just related links (posts), the number of related links, text to exclude from the titles (for instance I excluded the "~ Web Upd8" part at the end of the titles) and the most interesting part: you are able to see statistics for the widget: the number of times it has been displayed and the number of clicks.
But obvious, the most interesting part is under the hood, as the links displayed should be based on Google's own algorithm.
You can already see the widget implemented into Web Upd8 posts, but if you want to try a real live demo where you can enter your own links and post titles, visit the Google Related Links demo page.
Blogger users: to implement the code into your template: simply paste the code in a widget. If you want to insert it into your template, use something to convert the code, such as the Blogger Adsense code converter.
Update: removed the widget from Web Upd8, due to some bugs such as bad character encoding in posts titles, using short snippets (cannot be fixed, it just uses the text snippets Google uses) and the fact that the links could only be opened in a new window.
