Warmth uses a blend of light and dark colors to draw the eye to the content of applications. The toolbars and menubars are dark, while the body of the application is light. It feels like a combination of the New Wave and Dust Sand themes and the Metacity reminds me of Homosapien.

It doesn't work in Ubuntu Karmic by default (because it needs the latest Murrine engine). However, you can install Murrine from GIT using these commands:
Or you could use this PPA: https://launchpad.net/~suraia/+archive/ppa (thanks to kemsiro for the tip!).
Then you will be able to use Warmth in Ubuntu Karmic.
Download Warmth | Browse all the proposed community themes.
git clone http://git.gnome.org/browse/murrine/
cd murrine
./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr --enable-animation
make
sudo make install
