Pktstat Displays Active Connections On Your Network Interface, With Bandwidth Details [Linux]

Pktstat is a top-like utility for network connections usage which displays a real-time list of active connections seen on a network interface, and how much bandwidth is being used by what.

To install pktstat in Ubuntu, simply run the following command:
sudo apt-get install pktstat

If you use another Linux distribution, search for pktstat in your distro repositories.

To run pktstat, use the following command:
sudo pktstat -i eth0

eth0 should be replaced with ppp0 (or eth1, ppp1, etc.) if you use a point to point internet connection.

The output should be something like this:

pktstat

For more on using pktstat, see it's man page (man ptkstat - or go here).
