Download A Working KernelCheck .DEB File

KernelCheck is a a program that automatically compiles and installs the latest Kernel for Debian based Linux distributions (Debian, Ubuntu, Mint, etc.).

A reminder with KernelCheck features and what it can be used for:

• Download and compile any 2.6 kernel into a .deb package

• Option to reconfigure the X server

KernelCheck can be used for several purposes:

2. Speeding up your computer with a shiny new kernel
3. Automatically downloading, compiling, and installing the latest kernel

We've already posted about it, but it stopped working quite a few months ago because of some changes on the Kernel.org website. Back then, there was a patch you could apply but probably many people didn't understand exactly how to patch it, so here it is, a patched version of KernelCkeck in a .deb file!
