Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat Alpha 1 has just been released.
It doesn't bring too many visual changes so we won't post any screenshots at this time (I know you were used to this, but we'll post lots of screenshots starting with Alpha 2/3).
One thing worth mentioning is the History tab in the Ubuntu Software Center (which we already posted a while back):
